Bzar Expands Its Tuscany Hospitality Portfolio

Bzar expands its Tuscany hospitality portfolio with two new projects that strengthen the group’s presence in the Italian hotel market. First, the company entered the luxury segment again through the management of Villa Burali, a historic estate located in the countryside near Arezzo. At the same time, Bzar will benefit from the expansion of Hotel La Pace in Pisa, a well-known four-star property close to the railway station.

Villa Burali will rise from the renovation of an eighteenth-century residence owned by the Nardis family, entrepreneurs active in the fashion sector. The estate will offer 23 rooms and suites with elegant interiors and contemporary details. In addition, guests will enjoy a private chapel, landscaped gardens, wellness areas, a restaurant, and conference facilities. Superplum Studio designed the redevelopment project with a strong focus on architectural preservation and sustainability. Therefore, the property will include photovoltaic panels and small wind turbines to reduce energy consumption.

Meanwhile, Hotel La Pace in Pisa will undergo a major expansion. The Olivetti Rason Group recently acquired a neighboring 2,000-square-meter building to support the development. As a result, the hotel will increase its capacity from 63 to 116 keys. The project will also introduce a large ground-floor restaurant and restore the property’s original historic layout.
