UNA Italian Hospitality Expands with Three New Hotels Across Italy

UNA Italian Hospitality will strengthen its presence in Italy with three new hotel openings planned by the end of 2026 through new franchising agreements. The expansion will introduce the company to Crema, mark its return to Loano, and add a new property in northern Puglia. Together, these projects reinforce the group’s strategy of growing in both established and emerging leisure destinations. They also reflect the brand’s commitment to expanding its portfolio. Each location has been carefully selected for its tourism appeal, local character, and high-quality hospitality experiences.

The first project involves the reopening of the Yacht Club Marina di Loano under the UNA Esperienze brand. The boutique hotel is currently undergoing a major renovation. Once completed, it will offer 25 rooms. The hotel is located within Loano Marina. Guests will enjoy direct access to one of Liguria’s leading tourist ports, a key hub for Mediterranean recreational boating. They will also have easy access to the Riviera di Ponente and several renowned seaside resorts.

UNA Italian Hospitality will also open its first hotel in Crema. The property stands at the entrance to the city’s historic center. It will undergo a complete refurbishment before reopening as a four-star UNA Hotels destination.

The third project will bring a new UNA Hotels property to the heart of northern Puglia. The opening will further expand the group’s footprint in southern Italy. UNA Italian Hospitality already operates successful hotels across the region. As a result, the new property represents a natural step in its regional growth strategy.

The projects in Crema and Loano also mark important milestones for the brand. They bring UNA Italian Hospitality to destinations where it has not previously operated. Crema will welcome its first chain-affiliated hotel. Meanwhile, Loano will once again feature an internationally branded hospitality property. Through these investments, UNA Italian Hospitality continues to strengthen its national network. The group also broadens its appeal to both leisure and business travelers seeking authentic Italian destinations.
