Bypillow Adaram marks the Spanish group’s fourth Italian opening, strengthening its presence in the country’s hospitality market. The new property, formerly known as Adaram Suites, started operations last September following a long-term lease agreement signed by Bypillow.

Located on Corso Umberto I, the property sits between Naples Central Station and the historic city centre. Moreover, major landmarks such as the Duomo, San Gregorio Armeno and Spaccanapoli are within easy reach. The location therefore targets both leisure and business travellers visiting the city.

The recently renovated property occupies part of a historic building and offers 11 rooms and suites. Its compact format reflects Bypillow’s approach to urban hospitality, with a focus on centrally located properties and independent accommodation concepts. Following the agreement, the hotel adopted the name Bypillow Adaram.

The Naples opening follows Bypillow’s Italian debut in 2024 with the Goldoni in Florence. The 4-star property offers 20 rooms and remains directly owned by the group. In addition, Bypillow opened two further Italian properties earlier this year.

These include the 59-key Grand’Italia in Padua, operated under a lease agreement, and the 15-room Del Presto in Florence. As a result, the group now operates a growing Italian portfolio alongside its established presence in Spain.

Overall, Bypillow Adaram forms part of a broader expansion strategy for the Italian market. The company currently operates 45 properties and approximately 1,800 rooms across 14 destinations in Spain and Italy. Furthermore, Bypillow has already announced additional openings in Rome, Milan, Turin, Pisa and Mantua.

The expansion will therefore continue beyond Naples, with the upcoming properties set to increase the group’s geographic coverage across several major Italian destinations. Bypillow’s latest developments confirm its continued focus on growing its portfolio through a mix of owned and leased properties.
