Bob W, Finnish rental industry group in the short term, it will open during this second quarter the second structure in Italy, in the center of Milan. The Group had landed in Italy in 2022 with the opening of Bob W Florence Old Bridge. The facility opening in Milan will be located between the Ticinese district and the historic centre, in Via Private of the Don, therefore close to all attractions.

It is a newly built aparthotel building which is spread over five floors and is composed of studios and two-room apartments. Bob W is backed by major investors European real estate and venture capitalists (NREP, Elevator Ventures, Verve Ventures, IDC Ventures, Flashpoint, Tesi and byFounders), and currently operates in Italy, Spain, United Kingdom, Norway, Finland, Estonia, Greece and Germany. We remind you that in October 2022, the Group had raised Euro 21 million through a series of funding round to expand into Europe.
