Numa Italy expansion continues with five new properties in Rome, Milan and Florence. The additions strengthen the group’s presence in three of the country’s main urban destinations.
In Rome, Numa has taken over the management of two existing buildings. The first, located on Via del Basilico, now operates as Numa Rome Via Veneto. The second, on Via del Leone, has become Numa Rome Condotti. It sits just a short walk from Piazza di Spagna.
Meanwhile, Milan and Florence have driven growth through refurbishment projects. In Milan, Numa Manfredo occupies a renovated historic building next to the existing Numa Camperio, in the city centre. The project adds another property to the group’s local portfolio.
Florence welcomes two distinct additions. In the Santa Croce district, Numa has opened a property following the complete refurbishment of a former hotel. The second new location stands on Via della Robbia. It occupies a Liberty-style villa with a private courtyard, offering a different setting from the group’s other urban properties.
The expansion reflects Numa’s continued focus on established city destinations. By combining the management of existing buildings with refurbishment projects, the group is growing its portfolio across key Italian markets. Rome, Milan and Florence remain central to this strategy, thanks to their appeal to both leisure and business travellers.
With five new properties added over the summer, Numa Italy expansion marks another step in the group’s growth. By year-end, its Italian network is set to include 28 addresses, strengthening its position in the country’s urban accommodation market.
