Revolution Roma Best Western Expands BWH Presence in Rome

Revolution Roma Best Western strengthens BWH Hotels’ presence in Rome and adds another asset to its growing urban portfolio. First, BWH Hotels Italy & SouthEast Europe affiliates the 3-star Revolution property under the Best Western brand. This move brings the capital’s total to 14 hotels. The hotel sits on Via Tiburtina, near Metro Line B. It offers 25 rooms of about 20 square meters and an internal garage for guests.

Moreover, Cristiano Perali owns the property through the Hotel & Hostel group. The group manages six hotels in Rome and Tuscany, both operating and in development. In addition, the nearby Scheppers hotel, with 43 rooms, will likely join the BWH network under the Sure Hotel Collection brand. As a result, the group focuses on upgrading existing assets instead of new developments. This strategy enables faster expansion and stronger brand consistency in key urban markets. Ultimately, Revolution Roma Best Western reflects BWH’s steady consolidation in Rome’s midscale hospitality segment.
