After the opening of the “Sublimis” last year in Camogli, the “Carrick” hotel was recently inaugurated after the redevelopment project. The hotel is a 44-key 5-star hotel and has a bar, restaurant, rooftop and wellness areas. In the locality, other hotel development projects could affect the Portofino Kulm Hotel, in a panoramic position on the Golfo Paradiso. The performance of the 5-star structures of the locality experienced an increase of CAGR + 5.3% in the period 2013-2019, with a reduction of around -61.7% in 2020. The average value of room revenues is strongly influenced (in increase) from the turnover of the Belmond structures, the Hotel Splendido and the Hotel Splendido Mare, which historically recorded average room revenues equal to more than 5 times the average of the results of the other luxury structures present in the destination.
