New developments for the redevelopment project of the former Santa Cristiana di Numana (AN) real estate complex. The local entrepreneurial group, gathered in 24immobiliare S.r.l., would plan to develop over 200 high-positioning residential housing with the first to be delivered as early as 2024. The investment plan, then, provides for the development of residential structures as well as structures receptive. In particular, the redevelopment project, which will involve a total area of ​​4.6 hectares, involves the construction of a hotel distributed on 6 levels and a roof-garden with infinity pool, restaurants, bars, shops, 6 swimming pools and ample parking. . Analyzing the prices of the units of the complex for sale, these are in a range between € 4,100- € 8,000 / sqm with an average of around € 6,300, clearly above what was found by the annual Nomisma and FIMAA observatory which saw prices of new residential area around 2.400- 3.800 € / sqm. The decommissioned complex had been taken over by the entrepreneurs at auction for a sum of less than EUR 10 million.
