Analyzing the prices of the units of the complex for sale, these are in a range between € 4,100- € 8,000 / sqm with an average of around € 6,300, clearly above what was found by the annual Nomisma and FIMAA observatory which saw prices of new residential area around 2.400- 3.800 € / sqm. The decommissioned complex had been taken over by the entrepreneurs at auction for a sum of less than EUR 10 million.
