Life Hotels & Resorts Expands with Sicily and Puglia Hotels

Life Hotels & Resorts expands in Southern Italy with two new properties in Sicily and Puglia, strengthening its presence in high-potential leisure destinations. The group has added Mari del Sud Eolie on the island of Vulcano and Serrone Palace Apulia in Corato, just a short drive from Castel del Monte. As a result, the company continues its strategy of growth through carefully selected hospitality assets that combine quality services with strong local identity.

Mari del Sud Eolie joins the portfolio under the Life Resorts brand. The beachfront property overlooks the famous Sabbie Nere beach and offers 90 rooms and suites inspired by the Aeolian architectural style. In addition, guests can enjoy a Mediterranean restaurant, a panoramic terrace, a swimming pool, two lounge bars, and a café bar. According to founder and CEO Enzo Carella, the addition supports the group’s goal of consolidating its position in Italian destinations with significant tourism potential. Furthermore, the company aims to enhance local communities while maintaining high hospitality standards.

Meanwhile, Serrone Palace Apulia enters the collection under the Unico brand, which focuses on charming hotels with a strong connection to their surroundings. The four-star property features 46 rooms across two floors. It also includes two swimming pools, one dedicated to children, a restaurant serving local and Mediterranean cuisine, a lounge bar, a panoramic terrace, landscaped gardens, and meeting facilities. Consequently, the hotel appeals to both leisure and business travelers.

Through these additions, Life Hotels & Resorts expands in Southern Italy while diversifying its portfolio across distinctive destinations. Moreover, the group strengthens its presence in two regions that continue to attract growing numbers of domestic and international visitors. As tourism demand evolves, Life Hotels & Resorts expands in Southern Italy with a model that combines destination appeal, hospitality quality, and long-term value creation.
