Jesolo Luxury Hotel Project Adds New Five-Star Development

Jesolo luxury hotel project continues to gain momentum as Riv Group moves forward with its second five-star development in the popular Venetian seaside destination. Following its involvement in the upcoming Lido Design District hotel, the company now plans a new hospitality and residential complex called Wave Sea View. The project has already secured regional approval and currently awaits final authorization from the municipality.

The €125 million development will replace the former Hotel London and Hotel Tritone properties. It will combine luxury residences and hospitality facilities within a large mixed-use waterfront complex. Five residential buildings will offer exclusive apartments featuring floor-to-ceiling windows and panoramic terraces. Together, these buildings will cover approximately 28,000 square meters and require an investment of around €100 million.

In addition, the scheme includes a five-star hotel with 45 suites. The hospitality component will occupy 18,000 square meters and involve a further €25 million investment. Moreover, the entire complex will feature three large swimming pools and direct access to the beachfront area. Developers expect construction to begin next year, while the first units should be delivered in 2028.

Riv Group is investing €50 million in the initiative. Meanwhile, Bolzano-based Podini Group will contribute €20 million. Pedrina Industrie Edili will provide the remaining share after transferring ownership of the project to Riv Group. Consequently, the development benefits from strong financial backing and a diversified investor base.

At the same time, discussions continue regarding the future hotel operator. Industry sources indicate that Schiavon Hotels currently stands as the leading candidate. The company already manages the Beach Palace in Jesolo and operates a portfolio of nine hotels across Veneto and Lombardy. Therefore, its local expertise could strengthen the appeal of the Jesolo luxury hotel project. Through this new investment, the Jesolo luxury hotel project further confirms the destination’s growing role within Italy’s upscale hospitality market.
