B&B Hotels Strengthens Its Presence in Mantua

B&B Hotels continues to expand with the opening of the new Mantova Cristallo property. As a result, the French hospitality group has now doubled its presence in the Lombard city. The company already operated the three-star Hotel Mantova with 76 rooms, while the new hotel adds 65 more accommodations to the local portfolio.

Moreover, the new property offers several services designed for both business and leisure travelers. Guests can enjoy a daily buffet breakfast and access the B&B Shop twenty-four hours a day. Therefore, the hotel aims to provide flexible and convenient hospitality for different travel needs.

According to Liliana Comitini, president and CEO of B&B Hotels Italia, Slovenia and Hungary, the expansion follows a clear commercial strategy. The company wants to diversify its services and attract broader customer segments. Consequently, B&B Hotels Mantua strengthens its competitive position in a city that continues to attract domestic and international visitors.

The opening confirms the group’s strong growth strategy in northern Italy. Today, B&B Hotels operates 25 three- and four-star properties across Lombardy, offering almost 2,200 rooms in total. In particular, Milan represents one of the brand’s key markets, with nine hotels and nearly 900 rooms.

Furthermore, the company keeps focusing on secondary Italian destinations with strong tourism and business potential. Mantua fits this strategy perfectly because it combines cultural heritage, accessibility, and growing visitor demand. Thanks to this new opening, B&B Hotels Mantua can now respond more effectively to seasonal tourism and corporate travel flows.

Overall, the Mantova Cristallo launch highlights the brand’s ambition to increase its footprint in Italy while maintaining affordable and modern hospitality standards.
