LVG Hotel Collection Expands Its Rome Portfolio with Hotel Lloyd

LVG Hotel Collection is strengthening its presence in Rome with the addition of Hotel Lloyd, a three-star property in the Salario district. The 52-room hotel marks the group’s second managed property in the capital, following the four-star Hotel San Giovanni, which opened in July.

Owned by Guerrino, the Hotel Lloyd features 52 traditionally styled rooms. However, LVG plans to carry out a major refurbishment in the coming months. The property should therefore reopen in December, following the completion of the restyling works. The new addition will allow the group to address both leisure and business demand in a well-established central location near Villa Borghese.

With this operation, LVG Hotel Collection now manages 24 properties, representing around 1,400 rooms. Its portfolio spans Piedmont, Lombardy, Veneto, Liguria, Emilia-Romagna, Sardinia and Lazio. Moreover, the group is approaching its target of 25 properties by the end of 2026.

The two Rome hotels will provide complementary positioning within the city. Hotel Lloyd focuses on a mix of leisure and business demand in Salario, while Hotel San Giovanni serves a different catchment area in the Appio Latino district. Together, the properties give LVG a broader presence across Rome.

Meanwhile, the group continues to pursue an ambitious growth strategy. LVG Group generated €18 million in revenue in 2025, with its operating company contributing more than 90% of the total. For 2026, the group targets €36 million in revenue.

This expansion follows a rapid increase in the portfolio. In December 2025, LVG Hotel Collection managed around 15 properties. Furthermore, White Bridge Investment acquired a 74% stake in the group in May 2025. Shortly before summer, the investor also supported a further €20 million capital increase. As a result, LVG has strengthened both its operational platform and financial resources to support its continued expansion.
