LVG Hotel Collection Expands in Valsesia with Cascata d’Otro Mountain Lodge

LVG Hotel Collection continues its growth strategy with the opening of the Cascata d’Otro Mountain Lodge in Alagna Valsesia, a destination at the foot of the Monte Rosa massif. The new property marks another step toward the company’s goal of reaching 25 hotels by the end of the year. Claudio Lavagna, founder and CEO of the group, announced this ambitious target in May, and the latest opening confirms the steady pace of expansion. Moreover, the project strengthens the brand’s presence in Northern Italy while enhancing its portfolio of mountain hospitality assets.

The Cascata d’Otro Mountain Lodge offers 47 one- and two-bedroom apartments designed for both short and extended stays. Guests can also enjoy a 24-hour concierge service, which enhances convenience throughout their visit. In addition, the property features the Bisa Rifugio Gastronomico, a restaurant, pizzeria and steakhouse managed by Maio Group. Together, these services create a hospitality experience that combines comfort, flexibility and high-quality dining in one of Italy’s best-known alpine destinations.

Today, LVG Hotel Collection manages 20 properties with more than 1,200 rooms across Piedmont, Lombardy, Veneto, Liguria, Emilia-Romagna and Sardinia. Furthermore, the company has already outlined the next stages of its development plan. Future openings are scheduled for Milano Marittima, Brescia and Rome, demonstrating a strategy focused on expanding into both leisure and urban destinations. As a result, the group continues to diversify its portfolio while reinforcing its position in the Italian hospitality market. The addition of the Cascata d’Otro Mountain Lodge reflects this long-term vision and highlights the company’s commitment to sustainable growth through carefully selected locations and high-quality accommodation.
