Bayview Italia Srl has entrusted the sale of portfolio to Savills Italy and Christie & Co UK. The assets can be acquired as a group, subgroup or on an individual basis. All three hotels are located in the business hotel category and record performance positive. The Holiday Inn Naples, 4* with 327 keys, branded IHG, is located in the business district of the Directional Center of Naples. The hotel has, in addition, eight meeting rooms with accommodation capacity up to 300 people. The Hotel Villa Ducale in Parma, 4* with 113 keys, managed by the CDH group. It was recently undergone a partial renovation and is in a strategic position as it is located near to Parma airport and the city center is easily reachable. The hotel is also equipped of a congress centre, consisting of four rooms meeting, with a capacity of 10 to 250 seats. The third hotel for sale in the portfolio is My One Hotel Bologna, 4* with 96 keys, this too managed by the CDH group. The hotel is located shortly distance from Guglielmo Marconi airport. Also the latter hotel offers two meeting rooms, with a maximum capacity of up to 80 e respectively 30 seats in theater style.
