The Marican Holding industrial group, led by the brothers Carlo, Ferdinando, and Michele Canciello, has unveiled a new investment plan, amounting to approximately 350 million Euros by 2027 in the provinces of Caserta and Naples.
The investments are aimed at constructing 3 hotels, totaling 416 keys plus 55 apartments, and two buildings, one residential and one commercial, with an investment of about 120 million Euros; the establishment of photovoltaic plants totaling over 55 megawatts for green energy production, with an investment of around 50 million Euros, and finally the construction of about 400 thousand square meters of industrial properties, to be used for sustainable and intermodal logistics in the industrial areas of Nola, Marcianise, and Carinaro, with an investment of approximately 180 million Euros.
The first hotel, named “Elica,” will be located in Giugliano (NA) and will span 6 floors above ground + 2 underground. The hotel will offer a capacity of 96 keys, 55 housing/residences ranging from 25 to 80 square meters, with equipped kitchens.The hospitality offering will be completed with several conference rooms, 2 restaurants, and a wellness area. In Carinaro (CE), “Vega 50,” a business hotel with 6 floors above ground + 1 underground, will be developed, featuring 120 keys, 2 restaurants, wellness areas, and a conference room. A second business hotel, “Vega 70,” will be established in Nola (NA): the hotel will have 5 floors above ground + 1 underground and will offer 200 keys, restaurants, bars, conference rooms, and wellness areas. In Frattamaggiore (NA), “Vega Residence 1” will be built, consisting of 2 independent bodies with 6 floors above ground each + 2 underground floors for garages and parking.
