The tourist complex of the Hotel Gattopardo is up for auction in Brolo (ME), a 3-star with 31 keys (including 20 apartment units and 11 hotel rooms) with an appraisal value of EUR 2.3 million (approx. 74 thousand per key) and a minimum bid of around EUR 491 thousand (15.8 thousand euros per key). The structure as a whole extends for an area of ​​approx. 3,393. The hotel also has a Bar & Tobacco shop on the ground floor, a restaurant and a terrace where the swimming pool is located.

The hotel, in the period 2013-2019, recorded a good growth rate in the volume of revenues (CAGR + 8.9%). This growth is supported not only by the growth in Room revenues, but also by the hotel’s Bar & Tobacco business which, in 2019, accounted for 39% of the structure’s turnover. The margin, although not brilliant, was growing and, moreover, it never fell into negative territory, not even in 2020, the year in which the hotel recorded a decline in revenues of -42.4%.
