Chapter Hotels Italia acquired the Fontebussi Tuscan Resort complex located in the municipality of Cavriglia (AR), in Tuscany. The 3-star hotel structure is made of nine buildings and land located on a total area of ​​76 hectares. The covered area, on the other hand, covers a total of 9,200 square metres. The accommodation complex consisted, at the time of purchase, of 64 keys, two swimming pools, a restaurant, a bar, hall for events, and parking.

The plans of the operator, who took over the asset for approximately 3.7 million euros, are the redevelopment of the entire complex and the expansion of the golf course which will go from 3 to 18 holes. We remind you that Chapter Hotels Italia has already been active in the sector for several years, with the management of the Hotel Chapter Rome. Furthermore, the company had taken over the historic Hotel Arenula in Rome in October 2017, which was then completely renovated and repositioned as a 42-key 4-star hotel.

The Chapter Hotel, opened in 2019, closed its first year of activity with a turnover of approx. EUR 1.7 million, equal to 45.3 thousand euros per key and a TRevPAR which, considering the reduced opening period, was around 223 euros.
