The BW Premier Collection Palazzo Gatto Art Hotel & SPA in Trapani is the Sicilian new entry of the Best group Western (BWH). The property is located in the historic center of Trapani, and is the result of the conversion of a historic 18th century building. The hotel is a 4 * with 19 keys and also has one cellar, restaurant, rooftop and a Spa. The new affiliation adds to the substantial portfolio of the group which currently has approx. 170 facilities, and over 12,000 keys making the group BWH, to date, the chain with the largest portfolio in Italy. The hotel recorded growing revenues (CAGR + 1.5%) in the period of analysis considered, with the marginality also historically positive with the exception of 2017 and 2020. In 2020, the hotel registered a downsizing of the volume of revenues in the order of -51% with EBITDA, on turnover, at -41%.
