Xenia accelerates growth with Mare20 acquisition in incoming and MICE

Xenia Hôtellerie Solution has signed a binding agreement to acquire 100% of Mare20. The deal is worth about €1.2 million and will be fully financed with the group’s own resources.

This acquisition strengthens Xenia’s Accommodation division. It adds new expertise in incoming services and MICE while expanding the group’s revenue base. It also enhances commercial relationships with clients and partners.

Based in Milan, Mare20 expects revenues of around €4.3 million in 2025. The company also reports a positive net financial position, confirming its solid performance. Founders Stefano Redaelli and Marisa Descalzo will continue to lead operations. The original team will remain in place to ensure continuity and preserve know-how.

Xenia plans to complete the integration by the end of the year. The deal supports a broader growth strategy that includes recent investments such as Herop.
