Termeterma Longevity Resort Opens in Abano Terme

Termeterma Longevity Spring Resort has opened in Abano Terme after a recent acquisition led by Italian entrepreneur Andrey Dimitrov. The former Hotel Orvieto now targets adult travelers seeking wellness, relaxation, and privacy. Moreover, the new management team has already introduced several upgrades to reposition the property in the local hospitality market.

The resort stands in Monteortone, a quiet area surrounded by a large natural park. After completing initial maintenance works, the owners quickly reopened the hotel with a renewed concept and identity. In addition, the property now welcomes only guests over the age of 16. The team also introduced a pet-friendly policy to attract a broader leisure audience.

Termeterma Longevity Spring Resort offers 87 rooms, a restaurant, a lounge bar, and multiple wellness facilities. Guests can enjoy two indoor pools, one outdoor pool, a spa, a gym, and several meeting rooms. Furthermore, the resort recently renovated its mini-golf area, while new refurbishment projects will continue in the coming months.

Andrey Dimitrov previously worked as general manager for V Hotels. Therefore, the acquisition reflects a clear strategy focused on wellness tourism and lifestyle hospitality. At the same time, the new positioning aligns with the growing demand for premium thermal destinations in northern Italy.

Thanks to its location and upgraded services, Termeterma Longevity Spring Resort aims to strengthen Abano Terme’s appeal among international and domestic travelers. The reopening also highlights the continued investment interest in Italy’s spa and wellness hospitality sector.
