Radisson Rome expansion continues to strengthen the group’s position in Italy, and it highlights a clear focus on premium urban destinations. Moreover, Radisson Rome expansion reflects the company’s long-term strategy in the Italian capital. In addition, the project reinforces the brand’s presence through a high-end conversion in a key central area of Rome.
Radisson Hotel Group is advancing its footprint in Italy by converting Palazzo Sanzio into a 5-star Radisson Collection hotel. The property was acquired in 2022 by iAm Capital Group through the iAm Hospitality fund managed by Castello SGR. Furthermore, Radisson Rome expansion supports this transformation with a strong emphasis on luxury hospitality and urban repositioning. As a result, the project strengthens the group’s competitive positioning in Rome.
The development plan includes 70 rooms, a gourmet restaurant, and spa facilities. In addition, the building offers over 5,700 square meters of space and a 600-square-meter rooftop terrace. Consequently, Radisson Rome expansion benefits from Rome’s strong tourism demand and growing luxury segment.
Meanwhile, recent openings in Lake Como and Florence confirm the group’s steady Italian growth. At the same time, another Radisson Blu project is under development in Rome’s San Paolo district. Therefore, Radisson Rome expansion remains closely aligned with wider national development plans.
Finally, in 2025 the group recorded around 70 signings and openings across the EMEA region. Moreover, growth continues across Southern Europe, the UK, France, Germany, and Poland. Overall, Radisson Rome expansion forms a key pillar of the company’s international strategy and future pipeline development.
