Juventus Football Club has completed the acquisition of the J|hotel from Ream SGR for a total value of €23 million, further consolidating its real estate portfolio. The club was already managing the property through its subsidiary B&W Nest, and the transaction allows for the integration of ownership and operations, with the aim of improving cost efficiency and enhancing revenue synergies. The 4-star hotel, located within the J Village complex, features 138 rooms along with restaurant and bar lounge facilities.
With this acquisition, Juventus now owns all its key strategic assets, including the Allianz Stadium, the Continassa headquarters and training center, and other operational facilities. The overall value of these assets is currently estimated to be significantly higher than their combined acquisition and development cost, reinforcing the club’s long-term strategy of asset ownership and value creation in support of its core business.
