Delphina Hotels & Resorts, a Sardinian hotel chain with 8 hotels (1,527 total keys on the island), has obtained a EUR 5 million S-Loan (Sustainability Loan) from Intesa Sanpaolo. The financing operation is bound to the achievement of ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) objectives that the company is committed to achieving.

Delphina Spa is controlled by Salvatore Peru and Francesco Muntoni with 40% each, with the remaining 20% owned by Marco Muntoni.

The company closed 2019 with EUR 71.7 million in revenues, EUR 5.4 million in EBITDA and a net liquidity of EUR 3.9 million.
