According to the latest company statements, the new DoubleTree by Hilton Rome Monti will open its doors on April 7th. The project comes as the result of a partnership between the Italian chain HNH Hospitality and the company that owns the asset, Reale Immobili. The hotel will have 133 rooms, including 8 suites, spread over 7 floors. Thus, HNH Group hotels portfolio will widen to a total of 15 units, with 1,742 keys.
The group hotels are mainly located in Art cities (40%) and Business-prevailing destinations (27%).
Another relevant component is the Sun&Beach segment, which represents 20% of the company’s total supply.
