Club del Sole Expansion Boosts Tuscany Camping Portfolio Growth

Club del Sole expansion starts with the acquisition of Le Gorette Cecina Easy Camping Village in Marina di Cecina, Tuscany. Moreover, this move strengthens the group’s presence along the Costa degli Etruschi and supports its broader growth strategy in Italy’s open-air hospitality sector. As a result, the company now operates 29 villages across eight Italian regions.

The new village includes nearly 600 accommodation units such as pitches, apartments, bungalows, and lodges. In addition, the expansion increases capacity to around 2,500 guests, reinforcing its position in the family and outdoor tourism market. The site offers a wide range of services, including a water park, sports facilities, entertainment areas, restaurants, and a kids’ club. Furthermore, the structure targets international guests and pet-friendly travel segments.

Le Gorette Cecina is part of the Easy Camping Village line, which focuses on essential camping experiences. Meanwhile, other formats in the portfolio include Family Collection, Family Resort, and boutique-style premium villages. Consequently, the strategy supports a diversified offer across different customer segments and price levels.

For 2026, the company plans initial upgrades to improve infrastructure and guest experience. At the same time, these investments aim to strengthen the positioning of the village within the wider portfolio. Additionally, the expansion reflects a long-term strategy focused on quality growth and consolidation in key Italian destinations. Finally, the acquisition confirms the group’s steady expansion path in the open-air hospitality market and reinforces its leadership in the Italian camping and holiday village sector.
