Once redeveloped, the hotel will include more than 2,000 square meters of catering spaces with bars and restaurants overlooking the lake, a floating pool of 1,400 square meters, a beach area of 2,300 square meters and a building area of 4,000 square meters which will be transformed into a SPA, congresses and parking areas.
Part of the proceeds from the sale will be reinvested, by the transferring counterpart, on the repositioning of the other property in the locality: the Hotel Bazzoni. The pipeline of the Edition brand in Italy includes two more hotels: the Rome Edition (5-star with 95 keys) and the Milan Edition (5-star with 116 keys).
