Valeria Albertini, born in 1975, has held leading roles in the hotel industry since the beginning of her career thanks to her outstanding managerial skills. After graduating from the Liceo Classico Cesare Beccaria in Milan, Valeria Albertini entered the hospitality sector in 2006, taking on the role of Director of Communications, Marketing and Sales at the Grand Hotel Villa Torretta. Her tenure at this important establishment also marked her professional success: from 2012 to 2021, she served as General Manager of Grand Hotel Villa Torretta, which became MGallery by Sofitel in 2008, and also managed its rebranding for its entry into Curio Collection by Hilton in 2018. At the same time, from 2017 to 2021, he held the position of General Manager of Hilton Garden Inn Milan North and, in 2012, he joined the Board of Directors of the Hospitality companies, until their merger in 2019, holding the position of Chief Executive Officer of all the Group’s hotels. From 2020 to September 2021, in addition to being General Manager of Grand Hotel Villa Torretta and Hilton Garden Inn Milan North, she became Managing Director of the Board of Directors of Gruppo Della Frera Hotel and Director of Operations with responsibility for both operations and cost control for all six hotels in the group. The two-year period from 2022 to 2023 marked a turning point in the talented manager’s career: she first became General Manager and then Chief Executive Officer of the Della Frera Hotel Group, until November. Among her most important responsibilities, the manager oversees the development of the strategic business plan, budget management and revenue targets, as well as the promotion and communication of the Group’s hotels. Valeria Albertini also coordinates supplier selection, new openings and security management.

November 2023 also saw her appointment as Deputy Vice President of Federalberghi Milano – Milano e Provincia – Monza e Brianza – Lodi.

Since 2010, Valeria Albertini has also held the position of CEO of BF Food, a Burger King franchise with two restaurants (one in Dormelletto and one in Cislago).
