Based in Dubai, Tobias is responsible for the development of restaurant, bar, chef, and retail partnerships, working closely with hotel owners and developers globally. Prior to Hilton, Tobias spent a decade with HMSHost/Autogrill, leading business and partnership development across the EMEA and APAC regions. Fluent in multiple languages and possessing an international background spanning Europe, the Middle East, and Asia Pacific, Tobias holds a DBA from Hult University and an EMBA from Politecnico di Milano.
