Tiziana brings a wealth of expertise to the CB Commercial Hospitality team, having joined in 2024 following an esteemed tenure of almost 6 years at CBRE Hotel Italy. During her tenure at CBRE, she garnered extensive experience in advisory, Operator Selection mandates, and hotel investment activities within the realm of hospitality real estate projects in Italy. Her portfolio encompasses a diverse range of projects, including single and portfolio assets, spanning internationally branded city-based hotels, resorts, and smaller independent hotels. Tiziana has effectively navigated assets positioned across the spectrum, from economy to luxury and ultra-luxury properties.
A graduate in Business Management from Università Cattolica di Milano, Tiziana embarked on her journey in the hospitality industry after gaining diversified working experience. She further honed her skills by pursuing a Master’s of Science degree from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona’s Collins College of Hospitality Management, where she graduated summa cum laude in 2017. Tiziana is also a Certified Hotel Industry Analyst (CHIA), a credential she earned from the American Hotel & Lodging Educational Institute. Post-graduation, she gained valuable operational insights through a placement at the prestigious Mondrian Hotel in West Hollywood, California. Tiziana speaks Italian, English, Spanish and French.
