Stéphane Baghdassarian is a recognized executive in the luxury hospitality industry. He currently serves as the Senior Vice President Development Hotels & Restaurants at Groupe Lucien Barrière, where he leads the expansion of the group’s hospitality portfolio and development initiatives.
Stéphane has extensive experience in hotel development and investment across Europe.
Earlier in his career, Stéphane was Development Director at GLA Hotels, interfacing with investors and hotel owners on management contracts, feasibility studies, and development projects. He also spent several years with Westmont Hospitality, where he was involved in major hotel acquisitions across Europe, including portfolio transactions and asset repositioning initiatives.
