Stefano Scalera
CEO – Invimit SGR Spa
Stefano Scalera (Rome, 1966) has held various positions throughout his career at the Ministry of Economy and Finance (MEF) on Via XX Settembre and on the boards of directors of several state-owned companies (TELT, FS, Consip, Invimit SGR, Difesa Servizi S.p.A.).
He is currently Chief Executive Officer of Invimit SGR S.p.A., the MEF company responsible for the development of public real estate assets, a position to which he was appointed at the end of July 2024.
Previously, he served as Deputy Chief of Staff at the Ministry of Agriculture, Food Sovereignty and Forestry.
In 2021, he held the position of Head of External Affairs at AS Roma S.p.A.
From 2011 to 2014, he was Director of the State Property Agency.
From 2017 to 2018, he was Chairman of Dea Capital Real Estate SGR S.p.A.
Since 2016, he has been an Adjunct Professor at LUISS Guido Carli University.
The author of various publications on financial markets and real estate, his research interests include public debt, e-procurement and European integration.
