Co-Managing Partner – BLV – Belvedere & Partners

Simone Pisani is Co-Managing Partner of BLV – Belvedere & Partners, a Milan-based law firm specialising in real estate and public law.

He advises domestic and international investors, developers and funds on urban planning, zoning, permitting and environmental authorisations in connection with hospitality, mixed-use and large-scale redevelopment projects. His experience includes some of Italy’s most significant urban transformation schemes, among them the MIND – Milano Innovation District and the former Falck industrial area in Sesto San Giovanni.

He is recognised by Chambers, Legal 500 and Italian Legal & Tax Excellence, and has authored the Chambers Introduction to Real Estate – Italy. He is a member of the Confindustria Assoimmobiliare Tavolo Milano.
