Simone Palmieri

Investment Director – Azora

Simone Palmieri is Investment Director for Azora in Italy, where he leads the firm’s investment activities and the development of its Milan office. He is responsible for sourcing, underwriting and executing real estate investments across hospitality, living and other value-add sectors, as well as building partnerships with institutional investors, developers and operators.

Before joining Azora, Simone was Director for Transactions and Structured Finance at Lendlease, where he worked on investment strategy, capital structuring and the execution of major urban regeneration projects, including MIND Milano Innovation District and Milano Santa Giulia.

Earlier in his career, he was a Partner in Deloitte’s Real Estate Advisory practice.

He has more than 20 years of experience across real estate investments, acquisitions, joint ventures, development finance and complex institutional capital solutions.
