Biography

A graduate in Electronic Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Turin, she earned an MBA from INSEAD in Fontainebleau. She has over thirty years of experience at the top levels of major Italian and international companies, leading complex strategic transactions, mergers, and high-impact industrial transformations.
She has held senior roles in the telecommunications sector, including Executive Director and Merger Integration Officer at Wind Tre S.p.A., where she orchestrated the complex merger between two of Italy’s leading operators, ensuring continuity, efficiency, and innovation in a highly competitive environment. She also served as President of ASSTEL – Italian Telecommunications Association (Confindustria), becoming the first and only woman to lead the association, a role in which she promoted strategic policies for digitalization and national innovation.
In 2018, she founded Destination Italia, the largest Italian TravelTech company specializing in high-end incoming tourism and personalized experiences, now listed on Euronext Growth Milan. Under her leadership, the company manages a network of over 1,000 B2B partners, develops proprietary technology solutions with HubCore.AI, and collaborates with institutions and local authorities for the sustainable development of Italian regions and villages, contributing to economic growth and mitigating depopulation.
She currently holds positions on numerous boards of directors of leading listed and private companies, including Reply, Il Sole 24 Ore, Fincantieri, Polo del Gusto (formerly INWIT, A2A, and OTB Group), and actively participates in governance, innovation, and female leadership networks. Her career has been characterized by an extraordinary combination of strategic vision, execution, and transformative leadership, making her a key figure in innovation and sustainable development of tourism and infrastructure in Italy.
