Paolo Barletta

Paolo Barletta is an entrepreneur, investor and philanthropist. Over the past 10 years he has successfully launched several companies, diversifying investments in the technology, fashion real estate, luxury hospitality and film industries. An eclectic innovator with an international background, Paolo, to date is CEO of the Barletta Group.
Before taking the helm of the family company, he became the youngest assistant CEO of FaceOff, managing significant financial transactions. Later, he is selected to start a new financial boutique, Anthilia Capital Partners SGR.
In 2010, he becomes Chief Advisor of the Barletta Group’s Finance & Development Department and, shortly thereafter, Chief Executive Officer.
He leads the company through the most difficult years in the market but, despite the crisis, takes the company from 48 to 250 employees.
A pioneer of change, he redesigns the Company’s strategy, using new languages and strategic partnerships and constantly enriching the corporate portfolio, of investments that complement each other.
In 2013, he was among the first to believe in, and finance, the entrepreneurial adventure of Chiara Ferragni Collection, in which he still holds an important corporate stake.
Diversification and innovation, lead Paolo to structure the Venture Capital activity as an independent and highly managerialized company. With this spirit Alchimia Spa was born in 2017, which invests in more than 6 countries and today represents one of the few Italian models in its sector counting in its portfolio some of the most strategic and innovative companies worldwide, including: Virgin Hyperloop One, Spark Neuro, Texel.
In July 2019, Dr. Nicola Bulgari, through his Holding Annabel, chooses Alchimia as industrial and vision partner for all Venture investments of the Family. In a major M&A transaction, he acquires a 12 percent stake in the company.
In 2014 Paolo started the Myllennium Award – the first generational and multidisciplinary award aimed at millennials and dedicated to his father Raffaele, to be close to His generation and create concrete opportunities for I young people under 30.
Last but not least, Paolo is the main donor to the Kukua organization, which is deployed in the fight against illiteracy in the world.
