Nicolás de Tolentino Jover Clar is Director of Corporate Business Development EMEA at Barceló Hotel Group, one of the world’s leading hotel companies with +€550m EBITDA. He oversees corporate expansion initiatives and currently leads the group’s development efforts in Italy and the UK. Before joining Barceló, he spent eight years at Azora, where he was involved in hotel investment across Europe. Combining investor and operator perspectives, Nicolás has extensive experience in hotel M&A, management agreements, portfolio transactions and international growth strategies within the hospitality sector.
