Miguel leads Corum Asset Management’s investment activities in Southern Europe (Portugal, Spain, Italy and Greece), being responsible for the origination, structuring and execution of new transactions for the four open-ended vehicles.
- With a background in cross-capital structure investing (equity and debt) and Mergers & Acquisitions, with experience in investing in corporate and real estate private equity projects, distressed debt / special situations and high-yield credit opportunities
- Throughout his career, Miguel has been involved in all aspects of investment activities, ranging from origination to deal execution and disposals of corporate and real estate assets throughout Europe across the commercial real estate spectrum
- Holds an MSc in Finance from Nova SBE / Bocconi University and a Bachelor in Business Administration from Catholic University of Portugal
