Michele De Marco

Senior Vice President – JLL’s Hotels & Hospitality Group

Michele joined JLL in 2006 and currently leads the Hotels Advisory and Operator Selection divisions. His expertise spans a range of hospitality real estate segments including mixed-use developments, luxury resorts, fractional ownership projects, branded apartments, and serviced apartments.
Throughout his career, Michele has valued hotels across Italy and Southern European markets such as Spain, Greece, Montenegro and Albania. He’s also supported clients navigate the complexities of hotel management and lease agreement negotiations.
A member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors since 2013 and a RICS Registered Valuer, Michele holds a Law degree from the Università degli Studi di Bari and gained an MBA in Hospitality & Tourism from the London Metropolitan University in 2002.
