Massimiliano has gained significant experience in corporate, commercial and business contract law with particular attention to the hotel world, having followed some of the most important M&A transactions in recent years in this sector.
After having spent an academic semester at the London School of Economics in London between 1996 and 1997, Massimiliano graduated with honors in Law from LUISS Guido Carli in Rome in 1999 and immediately afterwards began collaborating with Gianni & Origoni. On behalf of the Firm, in the years 2003-2007 he followed one of the leading international hotel groups present with his hotels all over the world, as general in-house counsel with responsibility for general legal and corporate affairs of an ordinary and extraordinary.
He is a member of the L.S.E. Alumni of Italy Association and ALL (LUISS Graduates Association).
He has been licensed to practice as a lawyer in Italy since 2002 and is a member of the Rome Bar.
He speaks Italian, English and Spanish.
