Maria Pia Intini is the Managing Director of Almar Resorts & Spa, the luxury division of the independent operator HNH Hospitality. In this role, she drives the overall business strategy with a focus on brand development, operational excellence, and market expansion.
With over 15 years of expertise in hospitality and real estate investment, Maria Pia brings a comprehensive skill set shaped by her leadership of development and investment initiatives across Europe at citizenM hotels, a vertically integrated, technology-driven hospitality brand that has redefined affordable luxury and was recently acquired by Marriott International. Prior to citizenM, she specialised in hotel financial feasibility studies, valuations and investment advisory at Cushman & Wakefield and Colliers International, supporting lenders, operators, and investors throughout EMEA.
Maria Pia holds a Master’s degree in Hospitality Management with a concentration in Real Estate Finance and Investment from Cornell University (USA).
