Luciano Scarfone is an Investment Director at Pygmalion Capital, where he leads hospitality investments across Southern Europe. With over 10 years of experience spanning operations, development, and real estate, he specialises in value-add hotel investments across the European market.

Previously, he was a Hotel Real Estate Senior Associate at a US-based investment management firm (USD 20.2bn AUM), focusing on sourcing and executing hotel and loan transactions across all segments.

Luciano oversees the full investment lifecycle, from sourcing and due diligence to operator selection, structuring, and asset management. He holds a degree in Tourism Economics from the University of Bologna and is fluent in Italian, English, and Spanish.
