Lorenzo Felici is one of the Executive Directors of ARTELIA Italy, the ARTELIA group offers project management and engineering support services to investors, entrepreneurs, operators and architects in the hotel sector all over the world. Lorenzo has overseen more than 50 major development projects for real estate leaders as well as international private and public investors and private equity funds from the EMEA region.
Accredited Architect, Engineer and Town Planner, Lorenzo’s 15-year experience focuses on strategic consulting, conception, design and construction management in challenging environments such as post-tsunami reconstruction operations in South Asia, or international architectural firms ( Atelier Jean Nouvel, OMA – Rem Koolhas) and complex real estate constructions around the world.
He has also provided specialist advice on smart cities, eco resorts, sustainable development strategy for companies and international organizations, and teaches at the universities of Rome, Milan and Phnom Penh (Cambodia).
Lorenzo is a member of the National French Foreign Trade Commission and head of Artelia Hospitality, a dedicated branch of the Artelia Group ranked 10th among the 225 best international design companies for hotels, motels and conference centers in the Engineering News-Record 2017.
