Lorenzo Bernini is a Senior Real Estate Banker at UniCredit, with over 18 years of experience in the banking and real estate sectors, gained within the Group in the management, valuation, and financing of complex portfolios and extraordinary transactions.
Over the course of his career, he has held senior roles with strategic responsibility, including Head of Mortgages Evaluation, coordinating the technical and financial feasibility analyses for the Group’s mortgage financing, and Head of Group Real Estate Space Inventory & Valuation, overseeing the valuation of the real estate portfolio and the inventory of all the Group’s capital assets.
Specializing in the structuring of high-value transactions and the integration of technologies for process optimization (proptech), he earned a Master’s Degree in Urban, Regional, and Environmental Planning from the Polytechnic University of Milan.
