Leonardo, in the course of his career, has concluded approximately 40 hotel transactions for a total of 6,000 rooms; transactions which included franchising, management and leasing contracts on the hotel chain side and the purchase and sale of hotel properties on the investor side.​

He has twenty years of experience: previously Head of Hotel Real Estate at Bayview where he dealt with special situations, he was Senior Director of Italian and Balkan Development at Marriott International, which he joined after the merger with the Starwood Hotels group for which he worked since 2015.​

Graduated in Economics in 2004, he obtained an MBA from ESSEC Business School in Paris and in the French capital he worked as a Revenue Management Analyst at Pierre et Vacances International. In 2008 he moved to Prague to fill the role of Hotel Asset Management Analyst in Orco Property Group. In 2010 he joined Hilton, holding the role of Senior Analyst Feasibility and Investment Analysis in the European headquarters in Watford (UK) and in May 2011 he moved to Rome as Head of Italian Development of the Hilton Group.
