Julia Dionisi

COO Hotels & Restaurants – Paris Society

Julia Dionisi is the Chief Operating Officer (COO) for France and Europe at Paris Society. She built her foundational expertise in hospitality management at the École hôtelière de Paris Jean-Drouant, later enhancing her executive background with a certification in Finance and Financial Management from HEC Paris.

She began her career with the Accor group in 2005, serving for nearly five years at the Pullman Paris Centre-Bercy across key operational roles including Food & Beverage Director and Director of Operations. In 2014, she took over as General Manager of the Novotel Paris Les Halles under the Société Hôtelière Paris les Halles, eventually expanding her scope to COO and Asset Manager overseeing six international properties.

In late 2021, Dionisi joined Gardinier as General Manager of Maisons Taillevent, where she spearheaded the reopening and strategic positioning of the legendary Michelin-starred institution Le Taillevent Paris. She joined Paris Society in September 2022 as COO of the Hotel Division, progressively taking on the restaurant portfolio before stepping into her current executive role leading overall hospitality and dining operations across France and Europe.
