Senior Advisor – Coldwell Banker Commercial Italy

Guido is Senior Advisor of CB Commercial’s Hospitality Department and gives a significant contribution in assessing feasibility studies, evaluations and business plans.

In his 30 years of experience he held management position as asset manager and head of development for REITs, real estate companies, developers and hotel chains. His role has been focused on the research, development and evaluation of hospitality and mixed-use integrated projects, operator selection (both lease and management agreements) and destination management plans.

He is a certified real estate valuer TEGoVA, ISIVI, REV and registered with the Chamber of Commerce of Milan. He graduated in Law from Milan State University and earned an MBA in hospitality Management at Johnson & Wales University in Providence, USA.
