Guido Castellini

Senior Advisor – Coldwell Banker Commercial

Guido Castellini is a Senior Advisor in the Hospitality Department at Coldwell Banker Commercial. He plays a significant role in assessing feasibility studies, evaluations, and business plans.

With 30 years of experience, Guido has held management positions as an asset manager and head of development for various entities including REITs, real estate companies, developers, and hotel chains. His work has concentrated on the research, development, and evaluation of hospitality and mixed-use integrated projects. He is also involved in operator selection for both lease and management agreements, and in destination management plans.

Guido is a certified real estate valuer (TEGOVA, ISIVI, REV) and is registered with the Chamber of Commerce of Milan. He holds a Law degree from Milan State University and an MBA in Hospitality Management from Johnson & Wales University in Providence, USA. Since 2002, he has been a visiting professor in prestigious hospitality management master programs.
