CEO – 753 Hospitality

Seasoned professional with over 20 years of international experience in hospitality investments and project development.
He began his career in hotel valuations at HVS in New York and Singapore, where he appraised assets worth over $5 billion. He later served as an independent advisor to leading investors such as Oaktree Capital Management and Arsenale Group in Europe.
In the private equity space, he was a partner at LimeTree Capital in Hong Kong, where he played a key role in fundraising and the acquisition of a $1.8 billion portfolio of prime seafront land across Asia.
In the field of hotel development, he led the international expansion of LVMH Hotel Management (Paris) and Rosewood Hotels Group, operating across London, Hong Kong, Europe, Asia Pacific, and North America.
An Italian citizen based in Milan, Nevius is fluent in Italian, English, French, and Spanish, with a working knowledge of Mandarin Chinese. He holds a degree from the EHL Hospitality Business School in Lausanne.
In July 2024, he co-founded 753 Hospitality in partnership with Alchemy Partners, with the ambition of transforming underperforming assets into a collection of branded lifestyle hotels in unique Italian destinations.

As a first milestone, 753 Hospitality has recently announced the opening of Villa Ermellina Siena, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel. This 117-key project represents a critical milestone in his corporate strategy and was achieved within a year of 753’s formation.
Working in close partnership with Goddard Littlefair on design, GPC on construction and Marrriott to renovate and reposition the former Hotel Garden Siena on time and on budget.
Villa Ermellina is proof of concept for the creation of a collection of branded lifestyle hotels across Italy.
