Giulio Recchia

Managing Director in the EMEA Financing Solutions – Bank of America

Giulio Recchia is a Managing Director in the EMEA Financing Solutions at Bank of America.

In this role, Giulio is responsible for Commercial Real Estate Loan origination across EMEA and for the pan-European coverage of a number of financial sponsors and has originated and executed financings in EMEA in excess of €10bn.

Giulio originally joined the firm in 2010, in the Global Loans and Special Situations Group. In this role, he was in charge of coverage of Italian and Scandinavian banks for loan products, with a particular emphasis on the secondary market of performing and distressed loans and bankruptcy claims.

Previously, Giulio worked from 2007 to 2010 in the Fixed Income Currency and Commodities division of Goldman Sachs International in London, where he covered Italian Financial Institutions (Banks and Insurance Companies).

Giulio earned a Master in Business Administration at New York University, Leonard N. Stern School of Business in 2005 and holds a Master of Science in Telecommunication Engineering at La Sapienza University of Rome.
