Giovanni Lodato has 16 years’ experience in the property sector, nine of which have been in the hospitality industry. Following a period in consultancy, he developed a strong specialisation in the asset management of luxury and upper-upscale hotels, contributing to the repositioning of key destinations in the Italian Sun & Beach segment. In recent years, he has built up significant expertise in operator selection, successfully completing a number of transactions across the country.
